In line with our core values of Excellence, Respect and Integrity, we are relentless about ensuring that we erase the disadvantage gap at Lampton. We carefully plan our curriculum, pedagogy and pastoral programmes to ensure that all our students receive high challenge and high support to be the best versions of themselves. Our Pupil Premium strategy outlines our main areas of focus to eradicate the disadvantage gap, and references the evidence that underpins these approaches and evaluates progress on a yearly basis.
