Pupil Premium
Pupil Premium funding is used to support students access education, the curriculum and extra-curricular activities at Lampton. We have a designated Pupil premium lead who meets every pupil premium students to assess what the needs are and how to support them. We believe every student should have a personalised approach and provision should be implemented to support them individually. Every year we focus on developing our teaching and learning and embedding effective teaching strategies as well as intervention for targeted students and a pastoral plan focusing on building resilience, careers and mental health provision. We believe all students should access to all opportunities which can enrich their educational experience.
